Welcome to The Crescent at Miramar 206 where luxury living is just the beginning at this Destin landmark! The crescent-shaped resort is nestled on the shimmering sands of the Gulf of Mexico and affords every convenience. Allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views of the White Sandy Beach! This owner has spared no expense in making sure you have everything you need right down to the smallest detail. The huge Gulf front balcony overlooks the pool and offers ample seating for everyone. The open floor plan is great for entertaining and the convenient location of this resort means you're just minutes to shopping, dining, and all the areas entertainment venues. BEACH CHAIRS & AN UMBRELLA IS INCLUDED WITH THIS HOME (MARCH - OCT). For larger groups, this home can be rented along with #202 and #213. The unit also comes with special features, the kitchen has a Keurig and regular brew style coffee pot, and there are safety locks.

We have also partnered with Live Well 30A to give our guests discounted beach gear rentals & concierge services!

Had to call maintenance<br/>The dishwasher was not running properly<br/>soap stuck; did not fully dissolve and water not running through<br/>Called maintenance<br/>They were exceptionally congenial and very helpful!<br/><br/>The shower in bedroom two with daybed did not drain well <br/>Had to be careful that water did not come out near the shower door<br/>Maybe lip was not raised enough for overflow?<br/>The pillows on the furniture outside were not very comfortable.loved the rocking Adirondack chairs!<br/><br/>We really liked being able to get to the beach quickly<br/><br/>If the mattresses and beds were comfier and the dishwasher and shower were more efficient it would make it a lot nicer.<br/>Loved all the seating in living area.<br/>Had some trouble trying to figure out all the tv’s and how to get to the stations we were interested in.<br/>We would rather go to this unit if there was some improvement with the furniture and appliances as noted.<br/><br/>Thank you<br/>We love the Crescent....have been several times...

The condo was exactly as described! We all had our own private bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view of the pool and the ocean were super. Our kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely rent this unit again.

This condo was perfect in so many ways! Everyone had a private bath and bedroom, and the porch was AMAZING! We had beautiful views of the gulf and the pool. It was conveniently located to many of the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Everything was clean, and we enjoyed cooking breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen. Check in was a breeze! We WILL recommend this to our NC friends, and we hope to be back soon.

It was a beautiful condo with wonderful beach decor. The location and ocean view were exceptional.,The fitness room had an abundance of equipment but hot in there.,Pool was large and beautiful but it was in the 40’s so didn’t brave it. Access to beach was great. A little uncomfortable checking in.,At first they said we were at the wrong location as they don’t name the units for one of the on-site management companies. Safe gated parking lot. it was much smaller than the pictures made it appear but still comfortable for the 6 adults!

The unit was just as shown in pictures. Everything in the unit was ultra comfortable and beautiful. It is decorated in such soothing colors. The unit was exceptionally well stocked and clean. I would highly recommend staying in this unit. The Crescent is a fantastic property as well. We were there over a long holiday weekend, and it was never too crowded due to the expansive location on the beach and the extra large pool area. We enjoyed the beach chairs that were provided with the unit , as well as the on property work out room.

This condo had it all, Comfort, convenience, and luxury, as well as being really clean. The unit was super beautiful and just as advertised. I would highly recommend this unit and complex to anyone. From the unit to the beach to the pool, it was all spectacular! I will definitely be back because the ocean views from that deck were stunning. I hope you will enjoy your vacation time like we did . Everything about our stay was literally perfect .

The Condo was perfect with beautiful furnishings! Lovely outdoor porch! The beach and pool were incredible! Located close to restaurants and shopping! This was our first time using Blue Swell. Making the reservation was easy, the gentlemen was very helpful. However, as our trip date approached, we had a family emergency and needed to move our date by one day. The condo was available, but they would not work with us. We also put in a maintenance request via their website and no one ever showed up. So while I gave this review 5 stars for the condo. The customer service was 1 star.

This unit was superb and just as advertised. It was really clean and smelled great ! It had very comfortable beds and couches too . The unit directly overlooks the blue green ocean and big lagoon pool. The deck had lots of seating for the gorgeous sunsets. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to be gulf front in a great gated complex. This complex is close to everything as well , outlet mall, grocery, restaurants , and theaters. My family will be returning to this unit for sure.

Our Cleaning
