Spacious porches both screened and/or covered, second-level balconies and lush greenery throughout the back yard give a level of privacy unlike most homes in Seaside. The circular entry area leads to all three bedrooms on the first floor. Level Two is your living space for all your entertaining needs including a spacious kitchen, formal dining, and grand living room with front and rear balcony access. Level Three offers your loft a wet bar and an icemaker midway for the ultimate convenience. There is also a laundry area located in a closet under the stairs.

2ND FLOOR:
• Living area with 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa - Front and Rear Patio Doors to Private Balconies with amazing views
• Gourmet Kitchen with upgraded appliances, center island with breakfast bar seating, and balcony access
• Formal Dining seating for eight (plus two at the breakfast bar) with balcony access to the front of the home

3RD FLOOR:
• Loft Area: 1 Day Bed, Private Balcony with Gulf views

We have stayed at Bonny Dune for two weeks every year for the last four or five years, and find the house perfect for our needs. The only improvement we can think of is that the outdoor porch furniture needs a thorough cleaning.

Beautiful, comfortable accommodations for our family of 6! The home is located perfectly for walking to the beach and around town. It is well maintained. We had one issue with the hot water but maintenance came promptly and corrected the problem. We highly recommend this property and Blue Swell Rentals.

The location was fabulous. Close to the beach and a lot of the restaurants are in walking distance. We enjoyed having our coffee on the back patio and listening to the birds sing. Even though you are close to a lot of business's it was actually very quiet area. We where highly impressed with this house and would love to stay here again.

Great location, great house, perfect vacation. It’s an easy walk to the beach, Seaside shops and the beach. We had access to the pools, fitness center and paid to play pickleball and tennis.

Overall it is a nice rental. It does need some maintenance though. The clothes dryer didn’t work and the inside needs paint. It should also have a king instead of a queen in the master bedroom. Finally, there is not good parking. My vehicle was hit in the parking spot because the road is so narrow.

Our experience was awesome! Our son got engaged. The kitchen looked just like the pictures and was plenty spacious for 2 families to gather. We loved all of the porches and the location was perfect. The den was very big and the house had lots of light shining through the windows. We would stay here again for sure!

We stayed at this house in March for a long weekend. The location was fantastic, short walk to the beach, private little street, park-like area right outside, pool access, clean house. This house has really good bones but it needs some love. It didn't take away from our stay but it definitely needs a paint job both externally and internally. The pillows were not good. The dryer took a few cycles to get your clothes dry and the dishwasher leaked. It did have baby gates which was great for our toddlers because the stairs are steep. As far as the rental company, they forgot to give us our access to the pool and parking passes. We didn't have access to the pool for 24 hours and they couldn't seem to hunt the passes down for hours. I spent more time on the phone than I would have liked on a vacation. We were only there for four days and for one of them we didn't have access to the heated pool. The ocean was way to cold for swimming. That was disappointing but that's on the management company not the house or owners. Overall, the house served it's purposes and I would recommend it.
