The game room boasts a full-size ping pong table, two arcade games (Pac-Man and The Simpsons), an ESPN dome hockey game, and a mini-bar featuring a wine fridge to keep your beverages cool. Kids will be captivated by their play area, complete with a three-story dollhouse and kitchen set, while adults can relax with a Smart TV above the bar.

Accommodating up to 10 guests, this retreat offers a master bedroom exuding elegance and comfort with a King bed and a private bathroom featuring double-sink vanities and a shower. Additional sleeping arrangements include a Queen bedroom, a bunk room ideal for the little ones, and ample sleeper sofas throughout.

Your coastal adventure extends beyond the property. Hang out at the community pool or head over to the beach for a relaxing day in the sun. Hit the Timpoochee Trail to discover the nearby communities of Seacrest and Inlet, Rosemary, and Alys Beaches. Don't miss the chance to explore Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in the area. Lake Powell dock access is an easy walk, providing opportunities for kayaking, paddle-boarding, and both fresh & saltwater fishing! For avid hikers, Camp Helen State Park offers excellent trails and beach access along Lake Powell. Inlet Beach is known for its picturesque beauty and vibrant community feel. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Vitamin Sea is outfitted with one outdoor security camera featuring video and audio recording capabilities, recording 24/7 with motion alerts. The camera, a Ring doorbell camera, monitors the front door, front porch, and driveway, ensuring the safety of our guests. Please note that the camera is outdoor-facing and does not have any view inside the house. Guests found in violation of policies are subject to immediate eviction with no refund. Tampering with or intentionally disabling the security cameras, system, or the Wi-Fi router/modem is strictly prohibited.

Best Family Beach House

This was the best beach house we have ever stayed in. Lots of space,game room and toys for big kids and younger kids. Outside has cornhole,grill and picnic table. The pool was quiet and clean with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The beach is within walking/biking distance. We chose to drive to the beach. It is a public beach access so there are restrooms and lifeguard on duty. Bring your own chairs or there is a beach attendant where you can rent umbrella and chairs. Publix and Donut Hole are 5 minutes away. Multiple restaurants and shopping near by. My family loved this house. We will definitely be coming back.

We came to this beautiful location knowing that we may not be able to visit the beach much and with the extra amenities for our kids to play (ping-pong, foosball, and for my little girl a dollhouse) I didn’t feel pressure to bring a whole lot of toys; just items to complement what the house had. The kitchen was more than equipped so we stopped by the Publix on the way in for food, Aluminum foil, and I read that they had a Ninja so I bought some smoothies supplies. Be clear that just because a house has a kitchen you still need to bring paper towels, extra tissue and etc.. depending on how long you stay. The house is just like the pictures so you do not walk into a totally different house which has happened to me before. Great towels and linen. No maintenance problems and I brought my own DVDs for the bunk room for the kids. Access is available from their dish cable to get to Netflix and put in your own information. Wi-Fi is good. Great stay. Will totally be back again.

My wife and I stayed with her three children in this home for Thanksgiving week. We brought our bikes and were able to use them every single day. We would bike around the neighborhood, Rosemary Beach, Alys beach and Seacrest. We even rode to the state park, Camp Helen. The property itself is perfect, plenty of space and well thought out. The place was extremely clean when we arrived. Throughout the entire process we were kept updated on the process, door codes, and things to do in the area. The house was stocked with the essentials. Our kids had fun playing pingpong and hockey in "game room". I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very cute house. Was clean and exactly as expected from the listing. Management company was very easy to work with. The kitchen could use some new amenities such as flatware, dishes and pans. If you need spices/cooking oil/foil/anything to make a meal other than the pans then BRING IT!

Our Cleaning

We're following guidelines set forth by the CDC & local goverments to reduce transmission risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect hard and soft surfaces with special emphasis on all high-touch areas. 

Our cleaners use Spic and Span® 3-in-1 Disinfecting Spray and Comet® Disinfecting Cleaner with Bleach which are certified by the EPA to be effective at killing a broad spectrum of pathogens including:

  • Coronavirus
  • Norovirus
  • E-coli
  • Influenza
  • Salmonella
  • Hepatitis

All of our linens are professionally washed using only EPA approved detergents.
