This carriage house is located in the beautiful Preserve at Grayton community in Santa Rosa Beach. With the safety of a gated community & high-quality amenities, like 2 pools, this is the perfect getaway retreat! As you enter this cozy cottage, you will see the main living space. The sleeper sofa features a queen bed. The kitchenette has a microwave, and Coffee Pot! It is not a full kitchen but comes with enough essentials to gather together and enjoy our local favorite restaurants! Up the stairs, you will find your sleeping area featuring a King-sized bed with a private bathroom. This cozy cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway! In the evening sit out on the patio and enjoy the evening breeze. In addition, The Preserves offers a game room, tennis courts, pools, and so much more!

The cottage was fine Nice neighborhood We enjoyed the stay however to be honest the privacy was lacking there is no door on the master bedroom so it's not really a one bedroom accommodation The noise travels like you're sleeping next to the living room , Wi-Fi had problems didn't always work, and the downstairs gets cold while the upstairs gets hot, props in summertime that's not an issue, there is no hot plate or anything for cooking even though it claims to have a kitchen

Coco's house was a great quaint place to set up base for exploring the 30A area. It was super clean and had all the amenities needed for a longer stay. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

The unit was clean and updated , but A/c didn’t work well downstairs . The Wi-Fi was very weak and there was no signal for phone in the house at all . If you are ok with no phone service then the place was fine . The management never gave me the key code to open the door . I had to call after hour service to obtain .

Pros:<br/>-Tidy and clean when we arrived<br/>-Nice, quiet neighborhood<br/>-Plenty of restaurants near by.<br/>-Rental agency was responsive and curtious<br/>-We did not have any issues with air condintioning or internet.<br/><br/>Cons:<br/>-Rental agency did not include the lock box code to get into the unit<br/>-The is a fly/gnat problem in the unit<br/>-Great for a few days stay but too small for a week.

Quite and Peaceful setting. Ease to a beautiful private beach. Point Washington State Park was awesome for trail hiking. 30A walk/bike trail made it nice for evening walks. People were very friendly along the route.

We had a wonderful time and could not been happier with our stay. I am a neat freak and this place absolutely met my cleaning expectations. Nice and quiet and the beach was a 25 minute walk. We dint get to use the pool or activities inside clubhouse. However we did enjoy spending our days at the beach.

The app that was provided in my check in to find my rental sent on a very stressful drive 20 miles out of the way The person in the office when I called was helpful and assisted in getting me to the right place! The back house that we staying in was quaint The kitchen is poorly stocked I brought some food aiong and was going to make appetizers Not even a mixing bowl A great little place but no attention to details I would stay again in the off season as the rate was reasonable

Overall very nice. Bedroom and double vanities walk shower very much appreciated. Kitchen needed to get adjusted to no ordinary two slice toaster. We could see renting there again. Thank you.

Cottage was as advertised. Very cute, new, and clean. Perfect for just a couple wanting to have a little more room than your average hotel room. Very private even though on the same lot as the main house. Would definitely stay there again, thanks!

All in all, it was a good property. The location was perfect, especially because we had friends staying at Sanctuary by the Sea which is just across the street. Beach access is convenient. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. However, it would have been nice to have more than 1 coffee cup and some regular silverware and a small paring knife. Coffeemaker is too small. A Keurig would even have been better.
