At Vitamin Sea, you will be only a few steps to the Gulf of Mexico from the private deck and balcony. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large beachside community pool. This is the perfect location on the quiet west side of Panama City Beach. Come and soak up some beach time at the Vitamin Sea Townhome! There is plenty of room for a family, couples, or a group of friends to gather and have some Florida sunshine fun with sleeping accommodations for up to 11 and three ample bathrooms.
This bright, airy townhome is graced with comfortable furnishings and a bright, breezy coastal ambiance. Enjoy panoramic views from the living room as you relax on the sofa with a favorite beverage. Catch your favorite show or a movie on the Smart TV. Better yet, smell the salty air from the private deck just off the living room.

The spacious and cheerful kitchen is complimented by a large dining table big enough for six. Guests will be equipped with a full range of appliances and kitchen amenities to settle in. Large double-stainless sink, dishwasher, electric range/oven/microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware are all available for your use and enjoyment.

The primary bedroom has a private ocean-view covered balcony where you can sip coffee in the morning and listen to the surf. A king-size bed plus a ceiling fan, TV, and sitting area offers plenty of space for relaxing with a book, journal, or mobile device or perhaps catching up on some remote work in a quiet setting. The en suite bathroom has a roomy step-in shower.
The second bedroom has three beds- full-size and a full/twin bunk, a ceiling fan, and access to a bathroom with a step-in shower.
Bedroom three has three beds- a twin and a full/twin bunk, with access to a bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
Guests also have access to the convenient laundry area with a washer/dryer.

The private seaside deck is accessed from the living area and has plenty of comfy seating and a propane BBQ. You will be just steps from the white sand beach! Rinse off after a swim with the outdoor shower. Or swim some morning laps in the large community pool or lounge poolside with a cold beverage, as you soak up Vitamin D!

Roaches galore, a/c stopped working. Both issues were addressed but it was gross! View was fabulous though and only steps from the beach ��️ while I wouldn’t stay in this particular unit, I would perhaps stay at another

We spent a week at this property with eight people from three separate families, and it was a fun stay. The location is amazing, and the beach is extremely nice. We loved how close we were to the Gulf and had an awesome time seeing tons of things like a manatee, birds fishing, and even dolphins!<br/><br/>However, the beds were extremely flimsy and uncomfortable. One of the frames had a broken support board under the mattress and was practically unusable. The staff were very responsive, and I appreciated their communication when addressing the issue. The other beds were usable but with minimal comfort.<br/><br/>Overall we had a wonderful time and would return in the future given the chance. We might pack some mattress toppers or extra pillows.

The condo was great! 3 bed 3 bath. Living room, dining area plus bar stools, kitchen, extra refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer, garage and a parking space. Main level bedroom can sleep 5 ( 2 double beds and a twin), upstairs bedroom can sleep 4 ( 2 twins and a double), the master has a large king bed. A full size air mattress fit in the living area beside the dining table. The garage can fit 2 cars if needed, and there is a parking space outside the garage. The garage has a door to the beachside of the condo for easy access to chairs and toys. The master bedroom and main floor both have balconies with plenty of seating. The pool was a short walk down the deck and private. Our 6 kids, ages 12-22, used the pool every night after we returned from dinner, it was nice and quiet. The beach is also a short walk from the condo deck, it’s close to the rinse area and path to the beach. Get out early and setup and come back to condo to pack cooler and get kids ready. No one messed with anyones things. We found lots of shells and the ocean was beautiful. We saw sea turtles, stingrays, pelicans, and baby sharks. We will definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Vitamin Sea. The place was exactly as advertised. We arrived and used the garage code and door code provided to us. We found the place very clean and ready for our stay. We never had to interact with anyone for any issues or for information. Everything was provided to us in advance.<br/>Vitamin Sea was spacious and well maintained. The beach is literally a short walk away and the views from the two decks are as advertised. We had 2 cars and they fit perfectly. A 3rd car would be tight but you could manage it. All of the information provided was accurate and well explained. The company emailed with us during our stay but I never had to respond because we had no issues. But if we needed information or had an issue there were very clear directions on how to reach the company. Vitamin Sea is very well managed. We would rent this exact same place again in the future!

This townhome was perfect for our group! The only complaint was the parking but luckily we brought mid size SUV’s so it wasn’t an issue but if we had brought our trucks parking would have been a problem. Other than that the home and beach access were perfect for our group!!

The property is amazingly well located and the property management app is extremely useful and convenient. The condo itself has some mild cosmetic wear-and-tear, but everything was clean and worked well, it was spacious and comfortable, and we had all the basics we needed for our 6-night stay!! <br/>The sunsets from the balcony were magical and I could hear the waves at night from the master bedroom, as I was falling asleep!

I would rate it more a 4.5 instead of a 4 but that isn't an option. The property was in the best location, literally RIGHT on the beach. View was great and really good size condo, we had 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space. There were a few small things that kept it from being a solid 5 star; things like the cable was spotty in one of the bedrooms, internet was in and out, & fan blades were quite dirty. Overall despite these small things I would go back due to the location, you can't beat it! The property owners are extremely nice as well. We had 2 issues with maintenance and the maintenance team responded immediately and fixed our issue quickly.

This was our second stay in this condo..we LOVE it! So easy with the kids- close enough to let the kids run back to the house for forgotten things or bathroom. The decks make for amazing evenings grilling with beach view and sunsets. Very spacious - our family of five and our friends (family of 5) never felt cramped at all! Washer and dryer and extra fridge in the garage! Grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, all with in 2 minutes of condo. We will deffinately be back again!

The location of this rental is top notch. Less than half a mile from two major grocery stores, Walk directly from the back door down onto the beach and just a short drive to the hustle and bustle of pier park. The condo is a little dated (looks like the 70’s maybe) but that didn’t bother us. The main negative that we had was the lack of attention to the property before we arrived. It seemed that there had not been guests for some time which allowed some dust and grime to build up. I don’t appreciate having to clean (the rental company offered to send someone the next day) before we can start our vacation. There was popcorn ceiling dust all over the master suite, I found a rusty nail laying on top of one of the kids beds, and I found two more screws laying in bare foot walking areas on the balcany and boardwalk areas. If not for the last few cleaning issues I would have had nothing bad to say about our visit.

This was one of the best places I have stayed.

This was one of the best places I have stayed. Location was perfect and unit was very clean and well decorated. The garage was a plus with extra refrigerator. This made it very convenient for us to grab drinks without having to go inside. I would recommend this unit to anyone who plans on visiting Panama City Beach.

We love this property. It is at the west end away from the crowds and close to the grocery stores. The back beach bbq is not too far and it is amazing.
