One of the best little diners on the beach is just one block away and major grocery stores are less than 1.5 miles away. Comfortably furnished with an overstuffed couch, dining table to seat 6 people, and even a fully loaded bookcase packed with perfect beach-read novels. There is even a 2-car garage. Enjoy the large yard which is actually the combination of 3 individual lots. Plenty of room to throw a ball or Frisbee. Roast marshmallows over a fire in the backyard fire pit. Lovely house. Needs additional seating in living area needed. There was no hairdryer. Needs small mixer and baking sheets. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

House was just as described and clean. Located right across the street from beach access which was very convenient. You can see the ocean from the upstairs balcony. Short drive to good food- Thomas Donuts, Donut Hole, and Shaka Sushi. Also a couple minutes from grocery stores, within 15 minutes of Pier Park mall, and about 40 minutes from Miramar beach Silver Sands outlet mall. This is a great location because the beach is not too busy and you are an easy drive to get to other attractions.

We loved this home, it was a nice couple of days at the beach. The beach access is awesome, just across the street. The house is well equipped, we loved the new tile in the showers. The garage was a great location to drop the beach supplies at the end of the day. The home was on a large lot with a yard that was so nice!

We had no wifi all week and so that meant no tv either. We could not work either.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review! We appreciate hearing from all of our guest. While we do our best to ensure that all amenities are working as well as possible, sometimes the WIFI is unavailable and can not be guaranteed that it will work for your entire stay due to intermittent outages here at the beach.

Close to Salty Sue's restaurant, donut hole as well as grocery stores. The was a bathroom problem but management was upfront, professional and we were compensated for the issue...will book again with Blue Swell.

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican's Nest. You are right across the street from the beach access and have views of the Gulf from the Master and Master Balcony. We loved being able to hop over to the beach first thing in the morning and enjoy the sunrise. There is plenty of room for a large family or even two families, and having the garage was an added bonus to store all our bikes and beach toys and chairs. We loved using the fire pit at night and the kitchen was large enough to feel comfortable cooking in. <br/><br/>Also need to shout out to the team at Blue Swell for providing great customer service at the time of the reservation. We would definitely book with them again.

Pelicans Nest is a nice home with lots of room,nice decor and connected garage.The home was exceptionally clean except for the carpet it should've been cleaned before we checked in it was that BAD. We enjoy being outside but the home had no outdoor living area, and NO patio as listed. One chair and a rusty swing on front porch, for 8 people. What would it take to buy some chairs for the small porch.The winter weather was great this year. <br/><br/>

This house was amazing. It was well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The only thing that could possibly have made it better would be if it had been on the beach side. But even from across the street the view was spectacular and the walk to the shore was minimal. The furnishings were lovely, the artwork beautiful, layout perfect. I cannot say enough about this sweet little beach home.

Our Cleaning
