This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhome is 3 stories & is located right across the street from the beach. It has room for everyone and is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation!

The living room features plenty of seating space with a flat-screen TV and a gorgeous view of the Gulf from the balcony. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and seating for four at the bar. The dining room has seating for eight at the table. The master bedroom is on the third floor and features a king sized bed with a private bathroom. The first guest bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king bed with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The second bedroom is located on the third floor and features a king bed with a private balcony to take in the sight of the emerald green waters. The third guest bedroom is also on the third floor and is a bunk area with two sets of twin bunk beds. So make your guest list and get ready to take in everything this property has to offer!

We had 12 guests in our rental. 8 adults and 4 children. This rental was great! I would recommend for big families or split between friend groups. I think the only thing I would change is the downstairs would have a day bed with a trundle pullout instead of a pull out couch. The 2 adults that stayed down there said that bed was not very comfortable. Nothing that would keep us from renting again though. <br/>Great private access to the beach. It was close enough to town to do any touristy things you want but still far enough away to make you feel secluded which is a must for us! <br/>Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend!

I found the Blue Swell staff to be professional and helpful. I only had 1 issue and they resolved it right away. The unit was very clean upon arrival. I'm giving an overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5 because of the shabby condition of the bedding and the carpet.

We enjoyed our stay at 21014 Front Beach Rd #B. The condo was nicely furnished and roomy. Kitchen is large and furnished with all the basics. It’s in a convenient location with quick access to the beach, across the street.

The house was perfect for our group. We had one issue with sewage smell on bottom level. I reported on Sunday and they finally came to fix on Friday late afternoon so it was not as pleasant for my daughter and her family who stayed on the bottom level. Still waiting to hear back from blueswell. Other than this issue and really firm beds, everything was great. We may consider staying here again.

Two families, each with kids ages ranging from 6 to 17 years old. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Second and third floor balconies are spacious. <br/><br/>Very convenient location. Simply walk right across the street and you're at a beautiful beach! We've stayed at several very nice high rise condos down the street over the years and enjoyed those stays. But this was much better in that there are less people and there is plenty of room to spread out on the beach. You're not going to be right on top of other people like you would be at the high rise beach areas. We brought our chairs and umbrellas but you can also rent items too. I forget if it's through the manager or otherwise, but it's an option.<br/><br/>All of the bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had lots of room to relax all over the house. Large master bed and bath with large balcony on top floor. The kitchen and living room area are perfectly set up for families to enjoy time together in the evenings or to have breakfast together, play games, etc. There is a hose and shower right next to the front door to wash the sand off before entering. The garage opens from the inside and we kept our beach gear there without worrying about getting the house dirty. Short drive to shopping and restaurants, Pier Park, etc.<br/><br/>Coffee maker malfunctioned first day and they replaced it right away the same day. The only thing I would change is that the washer/dryer need to be replaced soon, as they are pretty worn down from lots of use.<br/><br/>This was our favorite PCB/Destin stay ever and we definitely recommend this to others. We will hopefully be back!

The mattress easily slipped through the slats and caused my eleven year old to fall through and hit his face. We just didn’t use the top bunks after that.

The home was extremely clean, view was absolutely beautiful and the beach was quiet with very few people. Sunnyside is an excellent, quiet location. You can hear the street traffic while inside the home, but it didn't interfere with our stay at all. You can also hear the neighbors in unit A if someone is staying there, but then again that didn't bother us to much. A quick drive to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. This home had everything we needed to rest, relax and enjoy our family time. Excellent home for the quality, location and price. <br/>A 5 star home and managing company.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa al Mare. Our group consisted of 3 families. The layout worked really well. King beds in all bedrooms was definitely a plus. The kids enjoyed the bunk room while the teenagers enjoyed the ground floor suite. The kitchen was well supplied except for a large stock pot suitable for a seafood boil. We defintly missed not having a grill as well. One other thing we missed having was an outdoor dining table on the balcony. We had a problem with the sump pump during our stay but maintenance was out within minutes to remedy the situation. Access to the beach is perfect and there are no crowds in this area.

The home is amazing!! Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and pristine. The location is directly across the street from the beach with beautiful views. We did not have a single issue. We will definitely stay at this location again and recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Our Cleaning
