Private balconies on both levels complete the ultimate vacation experience. The private yard offers great space for family fun and is partially fenced. The closest Beach Access is #95.

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful stay here. This is our 2nd time staying in the unit. The property has a great layout and is close to the beach. Blue Swell is always to notch with their customer service. The only issue was there were several dead bugs near the sliding doors. No other issues. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

This was our second vacation year at 20 Gulfview Dr. We had several new relatives enjoying the space with us. What a pleasant surprise to see new and upgraded furniture, bathroom redos and added kitchen supplies. We did need to call maintenance once or twice and their response was extraordinary. Thank you again for a wonderful stay in PCB.

We rode down to PBC from TN for Thunder on the beach, we stayed at 20 gulf view drive. The people at Blue Swell was great (COCO) check in and check out was a breeze. There was a few issues with the house itself but blue swell took care of everything. we look forward to booking with them again soon.

We rented a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Panama City Beach. Our sons met us there as well as visiting family that live in the area. We were very comfortable with the abundance of space and the location was perfect for us.

The location was great - just wish we had a better view of the ocean instead of the back of nonstop condo units. We had everything we needed but things are a little dated and could be upgraded especially the living room couches - we could actually feel the springs under us on the loveseat! A fresh coat of paint and some new decor along with new sofas would go a long way!

We loved our stay at Summer Dayz. The location was perfect! Quiet location and only a short walk to the beach. My only complaint is that they charged us for a coffee pot after we checked out. We never touched their coffee pot and never even knew they had a coffee pot. I emailed them when we first arrived to let them know of a missing kitchen cabinet door and window louvers, but I never thought I needed to double check everything in the house. I've had phone conversations and emails with the company, and I still haven't received a refund. I wouldn't let this be a reason not to stay because the house was perfect. This is just a warning to double check everything in the house so you aren't charged after you check out for something you didn't even know existed.

Our six days at 20 Gulf View were wonderful... House location is perfect. A/C and refrigerator worked amazingly to keep things cool for our family of 7! Home is spacious and well equipped. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and towels were plenty! The only thing not up to par was furniture, cookware and really needs painting. A hose would be handy under the house as well for rinsing feet and sand chairs. Shout out to Blue Swell for sending maintenance quickly for a few small issues.

You can't beat the location. Across the block from the beach. 10-15 minutes from Walmart and all the main strip restaurants. Walking distance to Publix, Waffle House, and Dunkin donuts. House is very dated with furniture, so don't expect luxury finishes. Could definitely use new couches and carpet. A few maintenance issues on arrival, but most were fixed the next morning. The only big issue was they never fixed the ice machine so we were stuck buying ice every day. The only reason why I wont give it a full 5 stars on everything. Overall I would stay here again.

Our large family really enjoyed the house, which accommodated our seven children nicely. The house provided a great location just across from the beach on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. The kitchen was spacious with all needed cooking utensils and the living room furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed the private balcony off the master and the very large master bath.
