This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is conveniently located on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, FL. The front porch faces the beach so you will be able to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sunrise, or have a drink while viewing the sunset over the Gulf Coast! You will be just minutes away from all of the spectacular shopping and dining in Pier Park. This gorgeous cottage is also just a few steps away from the Famous Thomas’ Donut Shop, as well as The Carousel grocery store! Also, if you are flying into town this location is perfect because it is only 17 minutes away from the PCB Airport! There are also many activities you can do while enjoying your beach day. These include renting a jet ski, parasailing, and riding on the famous Banana Boat. So book today and get your vacation planned!

We love Blue Swell vacation rentals. We enjoy this little cottage so much. It’s perfect for our 2 families. (5) of us. We love sitting on the front porch and drinking our coffee of the mornings. This was our 4th coast to our favorite little cottage. It’s just perfect for us. We love the location, it has everything we need. We look forward to our next visit. We don’t leave much. We do lots of porch sitting and beach time! Our only complaint this year (or ever) was an unannounced crew showed up to take measurements and a tree cutting crew showed up on Thursday for about 2 hours and then again at 6am Saturday. We lost our last morning coffee time on the porch, and loaded cars amongst chainsaws and sawdust was all in our vehicles and us! I know there’s no good time but this was a ****** way to end our vacation

We loved the Laguna little cottage. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the porch everyday, seeing the gulf from it and being right at Thomas’s Donuts and the Carousel grocery and boutique. The air conditioning was out upstairs but there was a note saying they were waiting on a part to fix it unfortunately that didn’t take place while there but we made it. And would definitely stay here again. &#xD83D;&#xDC4D;

We have stayed here 2 years in a row now and have loved it both times. It is in the perfect location, right between Thomas Donuts and The Carousel! We love to sit on the porch for hours staring at the ocean and watching people walk and drive by. We will stay here again next year and the year after that...until our family outgrows it!

Great location for a breach trip enjoyed the view and porch. House was clean and had all the basic necessities. Great communication from rental company. This beach house is located next to Thomas Donuts and the Carousel Supermarket. Both places are in walking distance. This beach cottage is everything it advertises to be: clean, convenient and oh so cute! We arrived later than we planned and it was so nice to walk into a sparkling clean home. We were able to get groceries at the store just a block away and wake up in the morning and take a minute walk to buy a box of donuts. The beach across the street is beautiful and not nearly as crowded as it is further up the road. The management company was awesome to work with, made the whole experience easy, just like a vacation is supposed to be!

WE WILL BE BACK! This cottage is amazing! So much character! Everything is within walking distant that you need... grocery store, Thomas Donuts (you could eat here for breakfast, lunch and dinner and ice cream desserts) and of course the beach! The view was awesome! We sat on the porch whenever we were not at the beach. The cottage is equipped with everything that you need for a short or long stay. Keep the party lights on for us because we will be back!!

This cottage was perfect for our family's vacation to Panama City Beach. We were able to sit on the porch to laugh, talk, play card games, or just watch traffic. The view of the beach was not as clear due to the dirt mounds but what we view we did have, we enjoyed it. The walk to the beach was nice, we just needed a wagon to haul our beach belongings. Overall the stay and cottage was great! We had so many compliments on it and inquiries about it. I would definitely recommend it.

Extremely clean and cozy cottage just across the street from the beach. The beach view is slightly obstructed by palm trees and shrubs across the street, but it does not hinder the relaxation of the front porch. Having the food market within walking distance along with Thomas Donuts is the icing on the cake. Will definitely stay again!! Note: there is a slight walk to the beach so be sure to have a cart that is easy to pull up hill in sand if you carry a lot to the beach.

The front porch because everyone's favorite office for virtual work and distance learning. The view of the beach is so beautiful and sunrise and sunset. The Cottage is so close to the beach we didn't need to haul a lot of gear out there which was great for the kids and my older mother. The Cottage is set walking distance between a local famous eatery and a fully-stocked market/liquor store. A little drive away, and you're at the Pier and all of its shopping, eateries and tourist stuff. But honestly we stayed in and cooked and gathered 'round the table before heading back to the beach. The house was clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked. The response time from Blue Swell was prompt. I look forward to returning soon.

We had a wonderful time. Such easy access to the beach, Thomas' Donuts, and Carousel Market. Very family oriented area with low traffic. We loved that the beaches weren't crowded. The living room furniture is in need of replacement. None of it is comfortable anymore, in fact the sofa has a large sink hole in it that you almost have to be pulled out of. Decor is fantastic and we loved the front porch. I would suggest replacing the living room furniture ASAP and perhaps installing a paver path from the porch to the side door entrance. We had a main water leak while there and it was very muddy there. Overall, great property with good accommodations and friendly neighbors.

This cozy cottage was exactly what we had hoped for. The front porch had beautiful views of the beach and we spent many hours watching the waves. Even with no backyard, we had plenty of space in the front. It was close to the Thomas Donuts and Carousel Supermarket. The one maintenance issue we had was addressed quickly. We would choose this cottage again. FYI--BYO grill ;-)

This beach house was absolutely fantastic! Positioned in the heart of beautiful Laguna beach (West Panama City Beach, FL), it has a full-service grocery store just a two-minute walk to the west (with a great wine selection and full liquor store); the iconic Thomas’s Donuts a two-minute walk to the east (my family frequented Thomas’s on summer vacations in the early 1970s) ; and right across the street from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We went to the grocery store every day, sometimes 2-3 times a day! And no one makes donuts like Thomas’s! The views of the Gulf from the front porch are fabulous! The house has the charm of a Nantucket cottage, with all the amenities you need to enjoy a classical beach vacation. My family had an absolutely wonderful Christmas week vacation, and we plan to return to this beautiful beach cottage this coming spring. Definitely recommend this property to a couple looking for a romantic get-away, or a family looking for a great beach vacation. <br/>

Great house and location. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of room for our family. We like to cook supper and the house lacked some amenities including knives to cut up steaks or other meats. Upstairs bedroom had a tv but no satellite service like the rest of the house. Air condition went out twice while we were there but they had someone there ASAP to fix it. Those were trivial things that we managed around but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely stay again if available.

This rental is in a great location, updated with modern furnishings and appliances, and was very comfortable for our group of 5. The location is the biggest plus. Check out Carousel Grocery and Thomas Donuts. Skip the big grocery chains! You can walk to the store. Multiple beach access is right across the street. This spot is even quiet at night!

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Blue Cottage. Upon entering the cottage for the first time we were instantly taken with its charm and coziness. We found it to be in pristine condition as far as cleanliness goes. The flow of movement about the house is easy with the loft adding an extra bit of privacy for both couples. We LOVED the rocking chairs in the main room and the porch, the close proximity to the beach, the convenience of walking just a few steps to Carousel Market and Thomas’s Donuts. The kindness and friendliness of Blue Swell Properties is greatly appreciated. We will definitely plan another stay there in future.

Beach Cottage was amazing! Very charming, welcoming and clean. My favorite part was having an ocean view from the porch with rocking chairs and coffee in hand. And talk about convenience, there is a wonderful grocery store within walking distance along with Thomas's Donuts. I was in heaven every morning! Not to mention NO elevator waits and a super short walk across the street to the beach that was not over crowded. We have been coming to PCB for over 20 years and this was hands down our favorite place we have stayed.

All of our linens are professionally washed using only EPA approved detergents.
