Welcome to Surfside 6 where palatial luxury meets beachside perfection! As you enter this warm and inviting home you're welcomed with incredible views from the floor-to-ceiling patio doors that immediately draw your attention to the emerald green waters of the Gulf. The first level of this upscale home features a three-quarter bath with a walk-in shower for those that might take advantage of the queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The Guest Bath is ensconced with custom tile work including inlaid mosaics, built-in soap dishes, granite vanity tops and so much more. Your living area includes a HUGE flat-screen TV, ample seating, and dining service for 4. The kitchen in this home is luxury personified with high-end cherry cabinets, self-closing drawers, stainless steel appliances, a flat top range, and every culinary accessory you will need to create incredible coastal cuisine.  

Level 2 begins with your laundry center located at the top of the stairs. The Master Bedroom is Gulf front and features a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and private balcony. The sweeping views of the Gulf, with its spectacular sunrises, make morning coffee on your balcony a must while you watch the aquatic life dance in the water just for you. The Master Bath includes the same custom inlaid tile throughout with upgraded fixtures, granite vanity tops, and a special shower head that gives you the spa-like experience. The Guest Bedroom also offers a king bed, plenty of natural sunlight, and a private en suite bath for the ultimate convenience. Your outside first-floor sundeck offers ample seating, a hi-top dining table and chairs--a great entertaining atmosphere. As you make your way down the stairs to the beach you'll pass the private outdoor shower on the left which is for your usage only.

We rented this location January 0f 2023 for January and February of 2024 while we were in Panama City Beach. We enjoy a beach side townhouse with the private parking. The west side of town is preferable regarding privacy and beauty. The Dolphins were fun to watch with our morning coffee. We rented this same house for next year which is a testament to our satisfaction.

This property has everything needed for a fabulous beach getaway. literally steps to the beach. I could nitpick, but I won't. Communication with Blue Swell was easy and convenient. I would stay here again.

This rental was everything we could’ve asked for! It’s just steps from the beach, meaning less hassle trying to tote around our beach stuff. It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores, which is another plus! It was very clean and they provided more than enough towels and extra sheets for our stay. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Didn't get along with the property management before we arrived so I'll keep my comments strictly about the rental. The townhouse was great. It's right on the beach. You step off the deck and your feet are in the beautiful white sand. Townhouse was super clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed. Townhouse was right down the street from the grocery store. Loved the location.

This home is in a perfect location. You can step off the deck directly onto the beach. We went doing the off season and almost had the beach to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Place was located around five miles from Pier Park and other family friendly attractions. Restaurants are abundant. we tried out Harry's Harpoons the food was great and atmosphere was wonderful. Our room was clean no complaints at all. The best part for my family was that I could sit and watch my children play from the back patio in comfort. No need to carry all our beach gear at once. The location is beyond perfect for a family. Our neighbors were also from out of town but were very friendly.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Outdoor deck gives you the option of going onto the beach or just hanging out on deck and watching the beachgoers. Location is between condo towers so very few people on the beach directly in front of the home. We would definitely stay here again. Home was clean and well maintained.

Our Surfside 6 vacation was wonderful. The weather could have been a little more cooperative, but the rental kept us warm, dry and relaxed. We loved the location with mere steps to the gulf. The rental was appointed very well with modern touches along with a kitchen stocked for easy meal preparation. We met our neighbors/owners on either side (Charlene and Bruce/Dawn) who were friendly and directed us to great places and restaurants to explore. We’ll be back.

The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. We had an issue with the T.V. reception and had to wait a day for assistance<br/>but when the maintenance person still could not come,the property manager came herself to fix the issue. One other small problem arose (wanted the water heater turned up) and that was also addressed. The condo actually was wider than it looked in the picture.Would not hesitate to recommend this company or condo to anyone.<br/><br/>

We had a great time yet again at this beautiful and clean townhome! We did have some noisy and messy neighbors this time but we were pleased with Surfsixe 6! Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals in, easy walk to beach, and did I mention it’s CLEAN?!?

We were pleasantly surprised at how updated the interior was. We have two children under three and were put at ease with the cleanliness. The unit was very organized and all essentials were provided throughout. This is by far the best place we have stayed at in the area and definitely plan of booking again going forward. It’s a relief to find a place you feel good about and can concentrate on just enjoying your time. Thank you for giving us that peace of mind!

It was very, very clean. All the upgrades were wonderful. Very modern. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of nice plush towels were provided. Lots of dishes and extras to use. My kids loved making smoothies in the blender. The griddle was wonderful to have too. It was wonderful being steps from the beach. We have always stayed in condos on the beach. We may never do that again. Having the shower at the bottom of the stairs was awesome. Not all of the beach houses have them. Plenty of storage space in the 2nd bedroom. Master had one closet and had to use bedside tables if you wanted to have any drawer space to put things as there wasn't a dresser in the room. Plenty of hangers to use though. Top notch full size washer and dryer. We brought our own 2 chairs for the master bedroom balcony as there wasn't any there. I noticed that in the picture. That may be something the owner could consider is providing the chairs for the balcony. Anyway, we had a wonderful stay at this townhome and would stay there again. Oh we didn't notice any street noise. I was afraid we might because the townhome is directly off the Main Street. You won't be disappointed. It is a beautiful place.

The convenience of stepping off the back deck and having the beach right there was so nice! I never want to stay at a high rise condo ever again. I hope to be able to book this wonderful home again.

This place is better than pictures. Very comfortable furniture, so clean and it looks brand new. Can't beat walking down the deck stairs and being on the sand. The only thing I would suggest is maybe some stencil serving pieces for when you cook in, other than that, they have you covered! Would definitely rent again!

WE absolutely loved our stay! Everything was very clean and in great shape and we will be back next year to stay again! We loved having 3 full bathrooms and of course walking out the balcony to the sand was awesome! Will be recommending your townhome to all of our friends!

Our Cleaning

We're following guidelines set forth by the CDC & local goverments to reduce transmission risk and help stop the spread of COVID-19. We have implemented a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect hard and soft surfaces with special emphasis on all high-touch areas. 

Our cleaners use Spic and Span® 3-in-1 Disinfecting Spray and Comet® Disinfecting Cleaner with Bleach which are certified by the EPA to be effective at killing a broad spectrum of pathogens including:

  • Coronavirus
  • Norovirus
  • E-coli
  • Influenza
  • Salmonella
  • Hepatitis

All of our linens are professionally washed using only EPA approved detergents.
