As you enter this stunning townhome, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, you are immediately drawn to the incredible views right in front of you. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors lead you to the handcrafted Trex deck with hi-top table seating to enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the dolphins frolic through the waves!

The spacious living area offers a queen sofa sleeper so that this home will comfortably accommodate 9 guests. High-end furnishings, a huge wall-mounted flat-screen HDTV, and some of the most beautiful views on the beach await you. This home features a formal dining area and breakfast bar seating so that everyone can enjoy meals together. The recently upgraded kitchen welcomes you with granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, a custom ceramic backsplash, a center island, and every culinary convenience you'll need to create authentic coastal cuisine. For the ultimate convenience, a half bath and laundry center are also located on the first level.

As you enter the second-floor hallway you'll find the loft area which offers twin bunk beds and a trundle so that this area will accommodate three children easily. Along with those accommodations, it also features your Gulf Front Master Suite offering an ultra-plush king bed. Plenty of storage and a private en suite bath make this the perfect oasis for your next vacation. The Master Bath offers a custom tile walk-in shower, granite vanities, and extra storage. Also on the second level, your Guest Bedroom features a queen bed and the Guest Bath offers a tub shower combination and extra cabinet storage.

This was our first time to Panama City Beach! It was great to be steps away from the beach! Loved sitting in the deck and watched the sunsets! The place was beautiful and updated. I feel like we were in the perfect place not overly busy around us. The only thing we didn’t like was the furniture wasn’t very comfortable to sit in.

The late check-in time is a bit excessive. I traveled 6 hours and was denied an early check-in even though the representative made a comment about how upset my toddler sounded in the background of the phone call. First impression of the rental was good until the dirty floor caught my eye. However, the two hiccups above were the only hiccups of the entire 7-day stay. Was it worth $2600 for the stay? Probably not. But, it’s only money and the experiences make up for it.

We just stayed here for a long weekend Thursday through Monday and it was absolutely beautiful. The location is very nice. You are in walking distance of many shops and restaurants. There a grocery store near by. The beach view and access was amazing. The townhouse was very nice inside and decorated just perfect. We were all very comfortable and liked bed our stay here.

This home is exactly as it appears in the photos, clean and pleasant and right on the beach. Things that we especially appreciated are: the bed is very comfortable, soft and firm at the same time; kitchen appliances are good quality; kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and utensils and they're decent quality, and with items we have rarely found in rental houses like potholders, cookie sheets and dishtowels. The lighting was also better than in other places we've rented, although it would be nice to have lamps at both ends of the sofa. Blue Swell did a good job. Check-in was effortless, and they responded promptly to our few issues, even though they occurred and were reported on a Sunday. Our one disappointment was that the tv doesn't get regular channels. It may be equipped for cable but there is no cable subscription, so programming is available only through the guest's personal subscription to entertainment services.

I loved this townhouse. Park in front of your door and step out of your back door onto the sand. It was clean and beautifully decorated. My 4 year old granddaughter loved that she had her very own "bunk bed house". Very nice deck seating. I really like having a beach in front that isn't being shared by hundreds of people as when staying in a large condo complex. I wish I could have stayed much longer.

The property is beautiful. Housekeeping is lacking some, as there were spills all over the walls and had to clean the master bath ourselves to get rid of mold. There was no laundry basket that made it difficult to bring up/down stairs. Overall tho, the property is absolutely beautiful and wish renters would be more respectful in how they treat rental properties.

The Gulf view from the deck of this property is breathtaking. This is my second stay at this property. The unit is clean, nicely decorated, and right on the beach. The panoramic view from the deck is the best. We enjoyed our stay, we felt safe, and departed relaxed.

We had a great stay! Rental was clean and in good condition. Loved the close proximity to the beach. Only downside was I didn’t realize there was a motorcycle rally going on that week and it was crazy. My error not the rentals fault. Also, the people next to us smoked all the time on their deck so it was impossible to sit on our deck.

For the month of February, we worked from "home" by the beach. This location is steps from the beach and you can see the waves hitting the beach while sitting on the couch and at the dining table. The place was well stocked for cooking. Bring your own hot pads if you plan to cook. Parking worked out but is a tight squeeze to fit 2 side by side if you have large vehicles. We did see some parking bumper to bumper.

The place was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Had trouble with TV and it was 2 days before it was fixed. I believe there should be a way to lock the front door from the inside. Had small children that opened the door and walked out. Also the commodes took 2 and 3 attempts before they would flush. Will come back again.

House was great! It felt very "fresh", and updated. We've stayed in this area a few times and this was our favorite so far! There were plenty of linens and towels - we had all the comforts of home. I would say maybe leave a few more dishwasher pellets and laundry soap, we had to buy more and we were only there for 4 nights. One very minor disappointment was blueswell mgt company. I tried calling them several times and no one answers the phone. If they do, you get an answering service that says they don't take messages. We were trying to check in maybe an hour early since we arrived ahead of schedule and we didn't get a response until the following day. It did not ruin our vacation by any means and we still really enjoyed this house, it was just more of a brief minor annoyance.

Surfside 4 was just terrific. The unit was clean, well stocked with essentials to get the week started and the beds were so comfortable. The walk to the beach is less than twenty steps, too! Terrific sunrise and sunsets and perfect weather. We look forward to staying at Surfside again!

We are extremely happy with this rental and would definitely come back. The rental was very clean & up to date just like the pictures show. We had no issues with check-in or check-out as instructions were on the app & were easy to follow. <br/><br/>We made several trips to our favorite restaurant (Pineapple Willy's) and hit a lot of the local shops including Alvin's Island which is across the street.<br/><br/>Everything went great & we had an amazing time. I highly recommend this rental.

The best review you can give someplace is would you stay there again, and the answer is yes, we would stay there again. It is steps to the beach, it is quieter down on that end as well. We were delayed 2 days due to Hurricane Irma but the weather was great after we arrived.

I wanted a place away from the condos and elevators full of wet people.

We found this unit last year and enjoyed it so much we booked it again for this year. It is extremely clean and well maintained and the finishes are beautiful. Large deck has steps right down to the beach so the views are fantastic. Restaurants, groceries, CVS minutes away and Pier Park Mall is an easy drive. We'll be back!

This condo was spectacular. Our family of four had a wonderful three-day weekend, and the unit exceeded the photos as well as our expectations. Most bunk beds like these are not very comfortable, but our kids liked them so much they both slept in the bunk area the last night and left the queen bed empty! The amenities and furnishings are brand new, and the location on the beach is perfect. You walk right out the door to the sand! We hope to come back this fall and bring our grandmother for an early fall beach weekend. Can't wait to come back!

The condo was awesome and you must rent it at least 1 time.But, the purpose of this review is the clearly state \" No one does it better than Blue Swell\"
