This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms private home is located in the desirable Summertowne right by Pier Park! With the ease of parking, and walking location to the beach, this will be your new favorite beach home! This dog-friendly home is steps from the beach and will be perfect for your next beach vacation!

This home is newly renovated with features for you to enjoy! Each bedroom features a private full bathroom, and upstairs you can enjoy balcony views of the Gulf! The living room features plenty of seating space for everyone to relax after a long beach day, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment, along with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen features all-white cabinets and appliances such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is seating for three at the kitchen bar and seating for six at the dining room table. There is also a half bathroom for guests near these common areas. The master bedroom features a Queen bed, closet, TV, full bathroom, and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom features a Queen bed, dresser, TV, and full bathroom as well. The kiddos will love the bunk room with a full-on the bottom, twin on top, and TV.

We had such a nice time. The house was beautiful and in good condition. It shows a little wear as you would expect from a rental house. But everything is well maintained. We had one small issue which the management company took care of within 30 minutes of texting even though it wasn’t an emergency. <br/><br/>Be cautious about this house if you have mobility issues as there are three flights of stairs to the top where the main living area is. But it’s well worth it for the views from the balcony. Living area was nice with comfy furniture, plenty of seating and a nice kitchen. We had our family come over and 10 of us were able to be together very comfortably. Overall a very nice place.

Great spot very close to pier park and dog beach, great views from top floor. Very clean and great living room area. Few suggestions would be to be clear that parking is for two small or maybe average size cars. Wish there was beach chairs or somewhere to store beach stuff.

This was a great location for the beach with 2 entries right across the street. Pier Park shopping within 5 min walk . We stayed in the #18 unit. Unit was clean and as shown in pictures. The master bedroom has a balcony that overlooks towards the beach. The other upstairs bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the pool. The master bed was a little creaky ( extra springy), the kids below definitely hear that type of adult activity if you catch my drift. I think that bed could be upgraded, of course that’s just my opinion. The kitchen had almost everything you need. There wasn’t a baking tray , cheese grader or anything to store left over food in but we made out fine. Overall it’s a good spot and we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. Far enough from the bigger condo towers so the beach wasn’t too crowded, and also within short walking distance to pier park. The house was nice and it was great to have the pool as well.

Blue swell was very easy to book with. The website was easy to navigate and they sent detailed, easy instructions to follow, from checking in down to what to expect. There was an issue with the dryer in the unit and they sent someone out in a timely manner to fix it. However it needed a part, which they ordered as soon as they could, which took a couple of days since it was a holiday weekend. So not having a dryer in the beginning was a headache but they resolved the issue as soon as they could. The house was nice, but walking up the stairs every day was a lot. The area where the house was located was very busy and at times loud but it did not bother us much. The proximity to pier park was very nice and convenient. The pool was very close to the house and was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay, however I’m not sure we would stay in this particular house again just because of the layout. We did not have anyone in our party that couldn’t handle the stairs but it was definitely a lot more than some of us were expecting. The beach access was right across the street and extremely convenient. The beach was very crowded the first few days we were there, but it was a holiday weekend. Once the holiday was over, it was a lot less crowded. The parking was also very tight. We had a Honda Ridgeline truck and a Toyota Tacoma. It took multiple tries to get them both parked in the carport. And the overflow parking for the area was always full from other tenants leaving vehicles. The parking was also made more difficult by someone parking a vehicle in from of there carport because there was not enough overflow parking. Again, it was a very enjoyable vacation but I’m not sure we would book this specific property again for personal preferences. We would definitely book with blue swell again!! <br/>

It is always a great stay with Blue Swell. Only issues we had we minor, weren’t notified when the room was available for check in but they reply to text nearly instantly and the drier sounds like you’re drying shoes, but great location with great amenities

We’ve stayed in various houses in the Summertowne Cottages through the years. Always enjoy our time in PCB. Our grandchildren love the community pool. We all enjoy the beach and Pier Park. There were a couple of issues, including a broken upper window. We notified the realtor and we’re told they had reported it to maintenance.

The property was exactly as described! If you're expecting Ritz Carlton, this is not it. However, if you're expecting a beach rental that's not brand new but pretty well maintained, this is it! Location cannot be beat! We literally walked to Pier Park and to the beach. Blue Swell provided excellent service and the app/keypad was extremely beneficial for our stay. I would definitely recommend the property again, and I'm looking forward to coming back next year!

This place was great, met our needs to have our dog and my 80 year old mother in law (her first time to the beach in over 30 years). We were missing a remote for the downstairs tv and called and they responded promptly to remedy the issue.
